Pakistan Tehreek-e-Islam (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, who would be swearing in as Prime Minister of Pakistan on August 18, has personally invited Punjab Local Bodies Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu for the ceremony.

To a question, he said the party has not yet finalised a name for the slot of Punjab chief minister. Prime minister Narendra Modi and India hoped for peace and development with its neighbour. "Apart from this, Khan also extended personal invitation to Sidhu on the phone which was accepted in all humility by the latter", a government spokesman said in Chandigarh.
