Showtime aired an interview with Sasha Baron Cohen and O.J. Simpson on "Who is America" Sunday night, where the comedian played an eccentric Italian billionaire who jokes about killing his girlfriend.
Cohen portrayed one of his recurring characters, Gio Monaldo, for the Simpson interview segment, according to Yahoo Entertainment.
Introducing girlfriend Christina, she struggles to place OJ until "Gio" makes stabbing motions with his hand, despite his famous background before the trial. Throughout the interview "Gio" kept talking about murder. The ex-Buffalo Bill responded laughing while saying, "I didn't kill nobody".
O.J. Simpson's lawyer Malcolm P. LaVergne told ABC News on Monday that Simpson is actually a fan of Cohen's and has been for some time. You're not O.J. the movie star. "We both, how you say it, lady killers", adding that in his native Italian that translates to "somebody who murders women".

"She knows that, oh Jesus", Simpson says as he laughs.
Monaldo then goes in for the kill - by telling Simpson he has a business partner who's obsessed with the decades-old double slaying with which he was acquitted.
Simpson's involvement in the series has been long-rumoured, with reports emerging earlier this year that suggested Baron Cohen had paid the former American football player $20,000 (£15,500) to appear on screen.
Simpson, who was acquitted on criminal murder charges in 1995, was found liable two years later in civil court and ordered to pay $33.5 million in damages to the Brown and Goldman families. But ultimately, the joke was on Palin: Cohen never even ran the segment that featured her, meaning all she did was generate untold headlines about the show and provide it all sorts of free publicity.
"Well, first of all, she wasn't my wife", Simpson explained in the interview.
