The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were shown the ultimate respect when they arrived at the University of the South Pacific in Suva.

The Duchess of Sussex was rushed through her visit to an indoor market in Fiji's capital over apparent concerns about the location's security.

The always stylish Kate wore a collared long-sleeved burgundy dress with white polka dots and a waist-tie for the occasion.

Yesterday Meghan, who is around 12 to 14 weeks pregnant, skipped most of the day's activities to avoid travelling over the rough terrain on Fraser Island. That, like Ivanka and Karlie, they are sisters through and through? The newlyweds are on Fraser Island, where Meghan was seen cradling her baby bump.

Meghan and Harry will have carried out about 76 engagements across their 16-day tour by the time it ends.

But as she stepped off the plane she was spotted sporting gifts from the Queen and Prince Phillip.

If Prince Harry has his way, his first child will be a girl. There was a light drizzle and an official held an umbrella above Meghan's head.

A statement by Kensington Palace read: "The Duke and Duchess sought medical advice about the risk of the Zika virus on the islands of Fiji and Tonga and there will be no change to the planned schedule".

The couple began the day with a traditional ceremony, called the Veiqaravi Vakavanua, which celebrates Fijian identity and culture and is meant to welcome honored guests, according to the Ministry for Pacific Peoples. Members of the public are invited and 15,000 are expected to attend. Fiji remains a part of the Commonwealth group of countries and is a popular destination for tourists thanks to its warm climate and beaches.

Addressing students, she spoke of the vital importance of education for girls in developing countries.

She had to pull out of a couple of engagements over the weekend, leading royal watchers to believe the she was experiencing some early pregnancy symptoms.

They will close their overseas tour by visiting New Zealand before returning to London.
