  • Singer Mariah Carey sues personal assistant over “Embarrassing Video”

Mariah Carey's old assistant is ready to unleash her revenge plot.

In addition to the blackmail allegation, the mother of two claims that shortly after she hired Azarian in March 2015 the assistant went on a spending spree with her credit card, buying personal items and using the singer's name to secure herself good discounts, despite being paid as much as $327,000 a year.

As we reported, Mimi's taking legal action against Azarian, who started working for the singer in 2015 until November 2017, for allegedly filming the superstar's "personal activities" - ones we later heard from an insider were of manic episodes - and attempting to extort money from her. Azarian did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

According to reports, Carey filed a lawsuit against Lianna Azarian almost four years after hiring her as an executive assistant.

Azarian has filed a lawsuit that alleges Carey's former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, was abusive and used racist language towards her, according to TMZ.

The artists' rep told USA Today: "This new year welcomes Mariah's continued efforts to clean the trash from her life". The documents states, "Azarian, without Mariah's knowledge or permission, secretly filmed Mariah engaged in personal activities which, if revealed, Azarian knew would be personally embarrassing and professionally damaging to Mariah". According to court documents obtained by E!

Stella, who previously accused the pop star of sexual harassment, will "discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys" fees and costs'.

She said the blackmail began after Azarian was sacked.

She is suing for unspecified damages, but the report stats she wants more than $3 million Dollars.

If it's not one fire Mariah Carey is working on putting out, it's another. If Carey couldn't provide that cash, Azarian said she'd release the aforementioned videos and other reputation-ruining details. Only Mariah's ex-manager Stella Bulochnikov has remained silent throughout the course of this 2-day litigation battle.
