He says his committee will be eager to learn who directed the official.
Stone said he is "preparing" for his next scheduled court appearance next week in Washington.
But while the charges from Special Counsel Robert Mueller's office are potentially serious, they were, once again, glaringly absent of a key accusation, one President Trump made sure to point out in his response online: "Greatest Witch Hunt in the History of our Country!"

Trump's outside lawyers Jay Sekulow and Rudy Giuliani did not respond to a request for comment on the indictment earlier on Friday. Stone don't have anything to do with the president'.
