Indian External Affairs Ministry spokesman Raveesh Kumar said Saturday that a reported Pakistani crackdown this week on seminaries, mosques and hospitals belonging to outlawed groups and arrest of dozens of people was not enough. "High Commissioner of India to Pakistan, Ajay Bisaria, is returning to Islamabad after having completed his consultations in India".

He accused Pakistan of failing to take any credible action against Jaish-e-Mohammed and other terrorist organizations, which he said continued to operate with impunity from Pakistan.

In the wake of escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, the Donald Trump administration has issued a travel advisory suggesting Americans to avoid visiting Jammu and Kashmir (except the eastern Ladakh region and its capital, Leh) due to terrorism and civil unrest.

PM Modi said India now follows a new policy of dealing with terrorists, citing the retaliatory strikes against Pakistan during his term. "It has demonstrated our firm resolve to take decisive action against cross border terrorism", he said.

In a pinpointed and swift air strike that lasted less than two minutes, India pounded JeM's biggest training camp in Pakistan on February 26, killing up to 350 terrorists and trainers who were moved there for their protection after the February 14 attack on a CRPF convoy in Pulwama in which 40 soldiers were killed.

"The widespread presence of terrorist camps in Pakistan is public knowledge within and outside Pakistan".




Pakistani governments have in the past made similar pledges to stop militant attacks being launched from its soil, notably in early 2002, after a raid by Pakistani-based militants on India's parliament brought the two countries to the brink of war.

Health package for Thar people: Prime Minister Imran Khan announced yesterday a Health Package for Tharparkar, under which Insaf Health Cards would be provided to 112,000 families of the area, Internews reports from Islamabad.

"India hasn't shared yet any actionable information and proof against anybody", he added.

He said these decisions were taken at a meeting of the general council on FATF, led by Pakistan's Finance Secretary Arif Ahmed Khan, as part of a series of meetings to comply with the FATF obligations.

The next day Pakistani aircraft shot down at least one Indian aircraft and captured its pilot after it violated the airspace.

Since then, the two sides have exercised restraint amid calls from the worldwide community to avoid war.
