  • Trump Legitimizes 'Fake Melania' Conspiracy: 'Fake News Photoshopped' Her!

Trump tweeted Wednesday decrying a fourth estate which, he argues, is "getting more deranged with time!".

Since Donald Trump was sworn into office in 2016, there has been rumours going around the his wife Melania has a body double. "You mean there are two women who have to pretend they're listening to (President Trump)?". The First Lady's spokesperson denied that she uses a body double in 2017. "Instead, they go after her", Trump said Monday. "We went to pay our respects; it was a frightful thing". "Melania is a very tall, statuesque woman, and the one that we saw - the first one that we showed - she looks kind of short". Trump was referring to President John F. Kennedy's wife, Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, who often was referred to as "Jackie O" after she remarried following Kennedy's assassination.

"I spent, like, an hour on Saturday involved in this", co-host Sunny Hostin said.

"@flotus & @potus traveled to Alabama to pay their respects & comfort victims of the tornado devastation".

Co-host Brian Kilmeade remarked as an aside, "There's no one that has the president's back like the first lady".

Despite what Trump tweeted, people are still convinced there is a "Fake Melania".

He says "the Fake News" has "photoshopped" pictures of Melania, but that's not where the pseudo-theory arose.

Grisham also tweeted about the show, calling it "shameful".

Bruce's take was similar to Grisham's on Tuesday.

"I've always found it sad that a group of women spend so much time attacking another woman, whose only goal is to help children", Stephanie Grisham told USA Today in an email.
